General Terms & Conditions

  • Referrers must be external to Adelphi (excludes hiring/HR personnel)
  • Only the first validated referral per candidate qualifies
  • Bonuses are paid after successful placement milestones (brand-specific)
  • All bonuses are considered taxable income
  • Adelphi reserves the right to modify or terminate the program with 30 days’ notice
