Brand-Specific Policies
General Terms & Conditions
- Referrers must be external to Adelphi (excludes hiring/HR personnel)
- Only the first validated referral per candidate qualifies
- Bonuses are paid after successful placement milestones (brand-specific)
- All bonuses are considered taxable income
- Adelphi reserves the right to modify or terminate the program with 30 days’ notice
